wing measuring requirements: Instrument of measurement should have a certain tension and not easily be deformed so as to affect the inner cubage volume. Foam and vapor that dissolved in fuel measured are able to be discharged completely when pouring into instrument of measurement. Liquid measured should be discharged after measurement, only a bit being left in container. Valve of instrument of measurement should have reliable sealability without leakage phenomenon as being full of oil. Indicating pipe fuel dispenser on measurer should be made of glass without defect on inner diameter so as to hinder observation. Connection between measuring neck and scale should be fixed in order to keep stably relative position. The line on indicating glass should be legible and clear, width being no more than 0.25mm. The inner of measuring neck is depended upon measurer’s accuracy. As for Class II metal standard measurer, the ratio of corresponding liquid volume of per millimeter to measurable volume of measurer is no more than 5×10?. Discharge time of measurer relies on the diameter of bottom valve. It is leaned from experiment that the longer time of unload the less residual liquid left, better promoting measurement accuracy, and vice versa. Thereby, in order to control the tolerance occurred by discharge velocity and time and residual volume during approval progress, discharge condition and pouring-out time is regulated generally that opening fully bottom valve start to count two minutes from liquid dropping, then close bottom valve; or fully open bottom valve and close it after 3 minutes. Indicated value generally read out as showed at th fuel dispenser e bottom of curve in indicating glass. Apart from standard measurer applied in fuel dispenser inspection and approval, there is thermometer or temperatu fuel dispenser re sensor, measured range ?0?to ?0? minimum value 0.2? which used to measure temperatures of liquid that passed over nozzle vent and in standard measurer. One of purpose to measure temperature is to make modification of

Please note that dispensers that do not permit this Data_Id to be changed remotely should: - fuel dispenser Reject any write attempts with a Data_ACK value of 2 (Read OnlyNot Writable). - Must set the Data_Id to the hard coded default value.

06 . About sponsorship Corporate governance The shareholders revolt Jun 15th 2006 | NEW YORK From The Economist print edition A turning point in relations between company owners and bosses? SOMETHING strange has been happening this year at company annual meetings in America shareholders have been voting decisively against the recommendations of managers. Until now, most shareholders have, like so many sheep, routinely voted in accorda fuel dispenser nce with the advice of the people they employ to run the company. This year managers have already been defeated at some 32 companies, including household names such as Boeing, ExxonMobil and General Motors. This shareholders revolt has focused entirely on one issue the method by which members of the board of directors are elected. Shareholder resolutions on other subjects have mostly been defeated, as usual. The successful resolutions called for directors to be elected by majority voting, instead of by the traditional method of “plurality”—which in practice meant that only votes cast in favour were counted, and that a single vote for a candidate would be enough to get him elected. Several companies, led by Pfizer, a drug giant, saw defeat looming and pre-emptively adopted a formal majority-voting policy that was weaker than in the shareholder resolution. This required any director who failed to secure a majority of votes to tender his resignation to the board, which would then be free to decide whether or not to accept it. Under the shareholder resolution, any candidate failing to secure a majority of t fuel dispenser he votes cast simply would not be elected. Intriguingly, the shareholder resolution was defeated at four-fifths of the firms that adopted a Pfizer-style fuel dispenser majority voting rule, whereas it succeeded nearly nine times out of ten at firms retaining the plurality rule. Unfortunately for shareholders, their victories may prove illusory, as the successful resolutions were all “precatory
