U702-A Submersible Pump

Until today, a large of fuel service stations in domestic use fuel dispenser located on the ground. The driven motor and pump are fixed in dispenser's enclosure. Depending on the negative pressure, the dispenser inject product into the tank of car. The problem is the vaporization of product when the head is over 4.27m. In contrast, the submersible turbine pump put in product directly, it drive product with the positive pressure from tank to dispenser on the ground. The total head can reach 30m without any vaporization, so the product tank can be installed more distance apart from station when design it. In addition, due to the pump is immersed in product, so the product is directly through motor bearings, cooling & lubricating them, whenever pump is operating. The wear is little and temperature rise is lower, with the results that the trouble decrease and service life is longer. The leaking of product and noise of operation are also very small,so the pollution for environment decrease.

Features:

3 stage turbine pumps are assembled to the spline of rotor shaft. The

stator is potted with epoxy sealing compound. When the motor is

started, then the bearings are lubricated by flowing product. Product

deliver to nozzle of oil gun through check valve and hose.

The electric control system used 220V power supply is simple, the

product pipe and power pipe in pump set are separated, so the

maintenance is easy.

There is manual pressure relief valve. It is easy to relieve the pressure in

the piping system during routine maintenance or troubleshooting and get

the product back to storage tank.

This avoid any pollution for envioronment as other pressure relief

method.

Simple servicing, the pump can be easily removed from the storage tank

by unthreading 3 bolts.

100% Factory Tested.

imbedded and exported from concrete base, filling in pipes hole with sand in case of diffusion of vapor. Delivery pipe in concrete should be a little higher, connected with corrugated pipe through flange and oil-resistant gasket. (See Diagram 5-2) Installation of pipeline and tank 3.1 The set of design of tank and pipeline should be conducted by locale design agency that has acquired ratification of fuel dispenser public safety and firefight department with qualified capacity. In order to ensure system safety, filling station should not self –design pipeline of delivery oil. Diagram 5-3 is a pipeline installation sketch map of fuel dispensers and hydraulic system, which is provided for reference. The design and construction of filling station should conduct in accordance with the relevant stipulation of national standard GB 50156-2002 The Design and construction regulations of vehicle LP-Gas Station. Diagram 5 fuel dispenser -2: Connection chart of inlet pipe and corrugated pipe 3.2 Pipeline between fuel dispensers and tank should be slant to tank. In hot whether pipeline slope regulated as 0.2% in GB50156 is easy to generate cavitation fuel dispenser . Foreign fuel dispenser factories regulate larger slant such as Gilbarco 10ft (about 1.67%), Wayne 1:48 (2%). Thereby, it is suggested that the slant should be in scope of 1.5~~~ 2%. Diagram 5-3 Pipeline installation sketch map 3.3 Gasoline and diesel oil tank should be burred in earth under ground at least 0.5m , prohibiting in indoor or basement. Tank should not be burred in the earth in which includes coal residue or chemicals, and surrounded by non-erosive material such as sand or thin earth, thickness no less than 0.3m. 3.4 The level distance between fuel dispenser and tank should be 20m or more as long oil could be suck without any leakage. The vertical distance between the inlet of fuel dispense and the nadir of oil level should not exceed 4m. The diameter of pipe between fuel dispenser and tank is 38m (1 1/2’, which keeps clean with few elbows. The connection of delivery pipes

every previous year since the 1970s at least one emerging economy, often several, suffered a recession, if not a severe financial crisis. Even Africa s prospects look brighter than they have done for many years. In the last quarter of the 20th century real income per person in the world s poorest region stagnated, but so far this decade Africa has put on a spurt, with GDP growth above 5% for three fuel dispenser consecutive years, thanks largely to higher commodity prices. Developing countries have also benefited from America s consumer-spending binge, which has sucked in imports; and from historically low global interest rates, which have lowered debt-service costs. But favourable external factors played only a minor part in the revival of emerging economies. Much more importantly, their underlying economic health has improved. Structural reforms and sounder macroeconomic policies have made them more ab fuel dispenser le to sustain robust growth and to withstand adverse shocks. Inflation has been tamed and many countries have trimmed their budget deficits; indeed, on average they are running much smaller deficits than the rich w fuel dispenser orld. Emerging economies are also much less dependent on foreign capital than they were a decade ago, leaving them less vulnerable to the whims of investors. As a group, they are in their eighth year of current-account surplus, having been in deficit for most of the previous 20. Their average ratio of foreign debt to exports has tumbled from 174% in 1998 to an estimated 75% this year. Foreign-exchange reserves have swollen to nine months import cover, compared with only five months just before the Asian crisis in 1997. And most emerging economies no longer fix their currencies at the grossly overvalued rates that contributed to past financial crises. If anything, the currencies of China and some other Asian countries are now undervalued. Over the past few years all regions have enjoyed brisker growth, but some are in better shape than others. Emerging European economies have the least
